ABOUT
GOLF COURSE
An Exceptional,
Resort-Like Golf Experience
The Hill Country’s Favorite Golf
Course for over 50 years!
The front nine features rolling terrain, with plenty of up-and-down play. #4 is a masterful recreation of the famous Redan hole in Scotland. Golfers will need to carry bunkers guarding the green. #6 is a signature Par 3 that stretches 194 yards, part of it over Live Oak Creek. The back nine, while flatter, offers challenges of a different kind, including a wide array of bunkers. #14 is the last Par 5 on the course, stretching 616 yards from the back tees. Its double dogleg requires precise shot placement. #16 is considered a signature hole by many. Water will grab anything that comes up short, but you can bail out to the left. In short, you’ll find plenty to test your shot-making skills while enjoying the gorgeous Hill Country landscape.

MISSION
STATEMENT
Our annual 'Hill Country Cup' golf tournament is dedicated to bringing together golf enthusiasts of all skill levels from near and far for four days of friendly competition, camaraderie, and fundraising for charitable causes. It's a celebration of the sport behind the backdrop of the stunning Hill Country landscape so all can experience the beauty of our region. Our mission is to produce an unforgettable event, meet new friends and create memorable experiences for all participants.
HILL COUNTRY SPCA
A LEGACY OF LOVE AND HOPE
The Hill Country SPCA's story is one of heartfelt dedication to the animals of our community. Chartered in October 1997 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the dream of a dedicated shelter began to take shape. That dream became a reality in 2003, thanks to the incredible generosity of Ed and Trudy Brune. Recognizing Trudy's lifelong passion for animals, they generously underwrote the construction of a new shelter, a place where compassion and care could truly flourish.
Construction commenced in 2004, and in September 2005, the animals and dedicated staff finally moved into their beautiful new home. The grand opening of the Trudy Brune Hill Country SPCA shelter in January 2006 marked a momentous occasion, a testament to the power of community and the unwavering commitment to animal welfare.
A MISSION OF COMPASSION
At the heart of the Hill Country SPCA lies a profound mission: to provide the best possible life for every pet in the Hill Country. This is achieved through a multi-faceted approach, encompassing successful rescue and adoption programs, strong community partnerships, raising awareness about animal welfare, and advocating for those who cannot speak for themselves.
A VISION FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE
Where Every Paw Finds a Home
We envision a Hill Country where every pet is safe, comfortable, and loved in a forever home. Our ultimate goal is a community free from pet overpopulation, where every animal has the chance to thrive. We strive to create a world where compassion reigns, and the bond between humans and animals is celebrated and cherished.
